I wanted to make a summer shake, bored with berries (although, I still love 'em). I mixed this up with the added benefit of almond butter for energy. Nice summer-y taste. Check out the size of the garnish strawberry-I don't usually garnish my shakes :)
1 c. unsweetened almond milk
1 T. almond butter
1 small peach
1 small green apple
1 giant strawberry
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. ground flax seed
Add all to blender with skin (remove pits/seeds) and enjoy, if you want it really cold and thinner, add some ice.
